Judge Revokes Approval of Bayer Pesticide Spirotetramat That Could Harm Bees

The Bayer pesticide spirotetramat approved just 18 months ago must be taken off the market because it could be toxic to America's honey bees, already in steep decline. In March 2010, a federal appeals court refused to delay the ban on the sale of this pesticide.
